- Specialty painting (interior and exterior, including mobile home painting)
- Minor repair and maintenance tasks related to property appearance and longevity

3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations provided by Shine Multiservices are valid for a specified period, as indicated on the quote.
- Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are encountered at the job site. Any such changes will be communicated to the client and require approval before proceeding.
- A deposit may be required before work commences, especially for larger projects or specialized materials.
4. Scheduling and Access
- Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the areas requiring service.
- Any necessary preparations (e.g., clearing personal items, securing pets) must be completed before our crew's arrival. Delays due to insufficient preparation may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
- We aim to adhere to scheduled service times, but acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues) may cause delays. We will communicate any changes promptly.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

- Our services are performed with professional care and expertise. In the event of dissatisfaction, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution.
- Warranties typically do not cover damage caused by client misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear after the service has been completed and accepted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shine Multiservices will take all reasonable precautions to protect property during service. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or deterioration to surfaces that may become evident during or after cleaning or restoration processes.
- Damage caused by customer's failure to follow preparatory instructions.
- Incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers wishing to cancel or reschedule a service must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
